This restaurant may please you with nicely cooked crispy chicken sandwiches, chicken leg and coleslaw. It's a pleasant experience to eat good biscuits and tasty waffles. Buttermilk's Chicken with takeaway food is good for those guests who like to have a snack on the go. The terrific staff welcomes people all year round. Prompt service is something visitors agree upon here. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. It's always a good idea to try something new, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. This place scored 4.7 in the Google rating system.

Whenever I come to NY, I have to stop by Buttermilk’s Chicken for my Kickin’ Chicken fix. Absolutely amazinglove the spice. And the onion rings and cornbread are out of this world! The staff is great too! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I often go to buttermilk's chicken for their chicken tenders and mac and cheese. Today I was introducing it to someone who never had it and I recieved frozen chicken tenders. The worker on the phone tried to tell me they uses a different breading machine today, but both the shape and seasoning looked completely different. I'm unsure why they chose to take full price for subpar food, but it has made me question their freshness and quality of food.

Yes Steve, you were informed correctly by a staff member. The chicken cutter/breader at our commissary kitchen was being fixed, causing us to temporarily use a different machine. Although the chicken and recipe is the same, it did cause a different look to our tenders. For the inconvenience, we offered a refund which you opted not to take and chose to provide this review instead. We pride ourselves on quality products and ingredients. We wish you would have tried the tenders to see for yourself that the quality was the same, instead of being persuaded by the look.
