I called asked if they had a 1 pound and a half of barbacoa since I was driving from Portland they said yes I got there and they weren’t sure if they still had some. Well they found some, all fat no meat and 50 dollars for a pound and a half of fat ….was not good at all!!!!

Made it out to the Corpus Christi area for the holiday weekend (4th of July). Made the short drive to Mathis, TX. Got the pleasure of having lunch at Andrew Soto's place Butter's BBQ. Texas Monthly's top 25 Best BBQ. I can easily see why it's top 25! Everything was delicious. The beef rib was easily the biggest one I've been served. Please like his page Butter's BBQ on Facebook.
