The food is amazing, however there is one lady with short black/brown hair who is incredibly rude and makes me not want to come back to the shop. She tutted when i ordered and when asking for my order again she muttered something under her breath. Such as shame as Butties is great food but she ruined my experience. The rest of the staff are great however there's a few occasions where this individual has ruined my experience with her unwelcoming demeanour Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
