Rude staff. Asking for help from staff regarding their noise level at 11pm and to quieten down and I was berated and screamed at by their staff and customers. Next time you decide to host a party you may want to consider the fact that there are residents that live here and we aren’t appreciative of the noise. Also it’s great to know your staff will park all day in the Carpark and when customers try to find a park they can’t. Your tables take up half of the pathway so we have to walk through your business just to get past. You have enough space inside and if you want to have more tables may I suggest a bigger space. The footpath is not your cafe. Also the coffee is bitter. Walk a block and you will find nicer coffee. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As for noise, except on that one occasion where you were upset, we were within our legal rights. Staff parking, agree is a problem. The 1000Ann st is a food, retail and residential precinct with an inner city living environment. If you cannot bear this environment, suggest take it up with the body corporate. Get your facts right then become a keyboard warrior! More

Incredibly friendly staff, changed my order from “dine in” to “take away” after I sat already on my table for a couple mins without any issues :-) Coffee is very great and the sandwich I got was fresh made with all requests considered. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
