We had a fabulous time having a buffet breakfast in Bystro restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow. We came on Wednesday late morning and only had one hour left until they will start packing up a buffet at 11 am. But the lovely waitress has explained to us that we can stay for as long as we want finishing up our food at the table and have more free flowing Prosecco or hot drinks. The quality of the drinks and food was impressive. Deserts are mind blowing, especially a chocolate brownie dipped in chocolate. Red caviar is served with condiments and it is fresh and a decent quality. You can choose anything you like at the buffet or order hot meals from the menu, all included in a price. We paid just over 5000 rubles per person. The interior is beautiful, lots of space and natural light. Not many people, which we especially enjoyed. Waitresses were kind, generous and helpful. We left with a carefully packed brownies and some other snacks that we couldn’t finish. It is a shame I have not taken more photos, but I would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, it worth every penny. Thank you Bystro team.
