Food tastes dry but will still give 5 stars because their staff are friendly and accommodating. A good spot as well if you want a view of the bay. Big plus for the convenient valet parking. Price per person: ₱800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Their shrimp Caesar salad is truly fantastic - flavorful, filling, and rivals some of the best I've had (even Mijo's!). The ambiance can't be beat, and I especially loved watching the sunset. While I can't personally comment on the triple wagyu beef - the accompanying truffle fries were delicious. Sadly, there were some service hiccups. Our coffee and tea order ended up taking 45 minutes, which felt excessive, so we had to cancel. I understand things get busy, but that wait time was unreasonable. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly accommodating when we asked them if we can use their refrigerator to save the cake we brought from melting. That gesture was greatly appreciated! I've also had high tea here with friends in the past. While the setting is lovely, the value for money may not be there for everyone. We tried the English classic tea set, and it felt a bit underwhelming for the price. Overall: Food: Excellent, especially the shrimp Caesar salad. Ambiance: Beautiful setting and great for sunsets. Service: Friendly, but be aware of potential long waits for drinks. Tip: Reservations are recommended, but not really required! :) I'd certainly go back to C Lounge for the food and the view, but I'd set my expectations for potentially slower beverage service.
