The aervice is lackadaisical but the servers try. But the food is worth maybe 1/2 of the exorbitant pricing. The advertised "bagel with lox" was a plain untoasted bagel despite advertising an everything bagel. The promised capers were missing as well. The coffee is watery. The three egg omelet we requested with swiss, apinach and tomatoes came with mushrooms and NO tomatoes. Plus food is very slow to come out. Not worth the $18 at all. Do not recommend.
