C2 Lab is one of the restaurants on my to visit list. It is really a hidden gem in the heart of Sham Shui Po. The food was delicious and colourful. For appetizer, we had Hamachi Carpaccio with Tangerine Vinegar, Beef Tartare on Toast. Followed by Ox Tail Soup. Mains were US Sous Vide Wagyu Beef Cheek with Mashed Potato, Australian Sous Vide Lamb Shank with Risotto. We are so full that we did not have any dessert. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $400–450 Recommended dishes: Ox-Tail Soup
