I discovered The C3 Bar during the Pandemic in July 2020, 17 months to the day. At that time there was no sitting at the bar and limited seating. It was as fantastic tonight as it was then. I came for the Shrimp and Cheddar Grits but quickly learned they change the menu often and I had just missed them by several weeks but despite my disappointment the menu is still as awesome tonight as it was then!! Please if you ever find yourself in Bloomington this is a must stop for drinks and dinner!! I’ll certainly be back!!Ricky
