Friendly staff, awesome decor and the food was terrific. Ordered the big breakfast and the keto breakfast, both fantastic dishes and bought to the table in a timely manner. Worst Nachos I've ever had. Cheap round corn chips topped by a small amount of grey, flavourless clumpy mince (listed on the menu as the Chef"s own recipe - so i was expecting something special) with 6 beans scattered on top. An absolute joke for $22. Please revisit the recipe for Nachos as dumping sour cream on a bowl of corn chips and melting some cheese on top is not Nachos. And yes, I did eat all of my extraordinarily expensive bowl of corn chips (aka Nachos!). Corn chips were out of a packet. It was the poor attempt at Nachos that was the problem. Service was really slow even though the place was half empty. "We're really busy" was the regular announcement from the staff. Would not recommend. After reviewing the cctv footage i saw you really enjoying the nachos as nothing was left in the plate.and when you were placing the order only 2 tables were empty, so we were pretty full and busy. We wish you had let one of our team members know about the issue during your visit, we would have done our best to make things right for you then and there. That was not the false announcement we were letting all the customers know that the wait is little bit longer than the normal time. and Our chef is exceptionally experienced. My Wife and Daughter are frequently drawn into the C3 Factory for the scones, so naturally I follow when hungry. I've been several times for a variety of meals and find nothing but outstanding customer service, decent prices for delicious food and beverages. The C3 big breakfast is a fantastic feed.
