You can go to this cafe if you happen to be near Airport Core Programme Exhibition Centre. Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked pies. CACAOLAB may please you with good Egg tarts, fruitcake and dark chocolate tarts. To make your meal even tastier, try tea which is said to be great.

No ac, very hot on the second floor seating area. Does not provide utensils, no water, no tissue, no stirrer for coffee. Paperbag to hold all that i bought for upstairs was $2. Coffee , iced latte and 75% arriba hot chocolate milk were all bland and watered down. Coconut walnut and almond chocolate croissant and the mille feuille pillow toast weren't that good too. Only thing i liked was the rose lychee cheese tart Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Been wanting to try here for a while & was pretty disappointed tbh. Got the hot 75% mocha & it legit tasted like milk. Little to no cacao or coffee flavours. Also would have appreciated the lady telling me that there was a pastry + drink breakfast combo, I paid an extra 14$ for no pastry & a very bland drink. Only gave this place 3 stars because I do love their cacao concept, so many chocolate related items. Also they have an area upstairs to chill Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I had a very disappointing experience at Cacaolab in Causeway Bay this morning. I’ve visited this location before and was impressed by the friendly service and delicious food, which prompted me to return. However, my encounter with a staff member named Nova completely shattered that positive impression. I was eager to try some different products and asked Nova a few questions, but she responded with cold and dismissive attitudes each time. It was clear that she was uninterested in helping, making me feel unwelcome. Even after I made a purchase of three items, her attitude remained consistently poor. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning. No matter how tasty the food is, it’s not worth being treated so rudely.
