I really liked this place, the Cafe con Leche was really good and it’s a nice vibe, service is very friendly. Food choices are very limited and only one size for drinks is too small. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10

Been there a few times, extremely relaxing atmosphere and amazing service. And of course, the iced Horchata coffee is what I go for all the time. The Horchata is really traditional with cinnamon and a splash of caramel

Being of Puerto Rican heritage, I know coffee. Cafe Con Papi delivers! I visited their business for two consecutive days and had the best Cafe Con Leche and Cafe Cubanos. I will definitely return when I'm in Reno. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
