The owner is very friendly and took the time to explain many things when I asked about coffee. I used to think that roasted beans should be brewed and finished as quickly as possible, but I learned that depending on the roasting method, the way the oils develop is different, and in some cases, letting the beans rest for a while can actually make the coffee taste better. The Ethiopian coffee I had here was the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves coffee. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
