We live in Katsuyama, originally from California where there is very good brick oven pizza restaurants. Cafe Bird has incredible pizza dough, ice cold Asahi on tap, great pasta, amazing fresh salads with homemade dressing that is extremely delicious. The owner and chef is very kind and welcoming and the staff is always provides good service. If you're visiting Katsuyama from a foreign country be advised that they do not accept a credit card so make sure to bring cash. Lawson is across the street with an ATM if you need cash!!
