This place looks very usual from the outside but it is very nice on the inside. If I were to rate this place from 1-10 it would be more than a million! The food the customer service and the atmosphere is very calm! If you have to take a break please come to cafe28+ I definitely recommend this. There are new products coming out every week or month! Even for festivals and for events of the year! You have to check this out!!
