Caos in Weligama is an absolute gem. A true Italian bistro on Sri Lanka that feels 1:1 with Italy. The owners are Italian, and you can genuinely feel it in every detail — from the atmosphere to the food. Everything tastes authentic, honest, and made with real passion. The last time I ate this well was in Verona, and that says everything. If you crave real Italian flavors, this place is simply outstanding. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
