THE best chocolate master class ever. The owner Ilze is such a lovely, vibrate, passionate and knowledgeable woman. She explained her story of how she came to be a chocolatier, and when it was time to craft our own chocolates, the experience was exceptional. The truffles, chocolate and all the pastries at CAPS! are all fresh, organic and homemade. This makes the taste absolutely incredible, and you feel good knowing you are tasting natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives. Thankyou again so much Ilze for this experience. I hope to come back and do it all again!

Truly an amazing visit to this quaint cafe in Rīga. Coffee is served in unique cups that go seamlessly well with the ambiance and decor. Hearing the owner (Ilze) tell her story about how she started CAPS! is an inspiration that opened up reflection on my own story. She brilliantly incorporates this story telling into the Chocolate Masterclass which was beyond expectations and imagination. Stumbling upon this cafe was an unforgettable experience that absolutely is a must when one finds themselves visiting the beautiful country of Latvia and especially Rīga. Liels paldies Ilze!
