Once the promenade around the Statue of Liberty is over, visit CAPTAIN'S BAR. Guests don't highly appreciate filet américain at this bar. The hospitable staff welcomes visitors all year round. Most people mention that the service is decent. CAPTAIN'S BAR is ranked 4 within the Google grading system.

Beautiful bar but extremely overpriced for NO reason: The cocktails are terrible and it took them over 35 minutes to make two cocktails when the bar was almost empty! Waiter was great though. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We found on Google the location of the closest cigar bar from where we are staying at the Hilton Hotel Odaiba and found the Captain's Bar in the same hotel offered cigar smoking. So we went there and unfortunately that Google review found and read was written five years ago. In Japan they pased an anti-smoking ban four years ago (2020). So we were very disappointed that the Captain's Bar would not allow smokers. Although the bar did seem clean, service looked fair, it would have made a great cigar bar. I cannot accurately review it since we didn't stay. I gave it 3 stars for the disappointment factor.
