Ugh, this was seriously the worst CITGO we've ever been to. We specifically stopped to use our rewards, but couldn't at the pump. We went inside for help, but the two employees at the counter had no clue how to apply them. What made it even worse was seeing ads for the rewards program right on the door, yet no one could help us use it. The lack of customer service was super disappointing. We left frustrated and without the savings we stopped for.
