It's reasonably close, so I checked the reviews before going...and it turns out the customer service is bad. And for many years now. Seems like a hit or miss.

When I visited, there were about 3 employees, and I could hear them saying bad things about the customers. It looked like the staff were just playing around with each other, but it was such a small space that the customers could definitely hear it. It's the worst. Partly because of that, the customer service attitude was very unpleasant. I'm really disappointed. It's not about whether the food is delicious or bad, but it makes me question the humanity of people who say bad things at a level that can be heard when they're close to others.
