This was the most homely resort we stayed at. We booked a two bedroom villa that was atop a small hillock, affording a grand view of the lake with its hills in the distance. The rooms are quite big, and the beds are very comfortable with crisp clean sheets and a warm duvet. The washrooms are very clean, equipped with a shower, and hot and cold running water. The commode was very clean. The villa comes with a kitchenette and crockery and cutlery. They also provide a washing machine. The rooms have large floor to ceiling glass windows affording a birds eye view of the beautiful Sevan lake from a height. There is a large balcony with a sit out area. They provided us with a table and chairs with cushions so we could enjoy the view with the crisp cool air while sipping a hot cup of tea or coffee. The area is very quiet and a wonderful place to work remotely. The resort has a kitchen with tented eating spaces with heating, making them very cosy.. They served us a wonderful breakfast of Lavash bread, delicious gata, hot sausages, butter, cheese, sour cream, and apricots in a syrup. All very fresh and delicious. What really surprised us was that they refused to take any payment, though the place was booked without breakfast. The place is wonderful, the owner and his staff are very kind, helpful and hospitable. It's a place you will always remember. Service: 5

we hadden vrij nieuwe huis. bovenop de heuvel met prachtige uitzicht over Sevan. Eigenaar is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Eten was ook goed. Service: 5
