I ordered a coffee and wanted to pay by card. The lady scolded me for not paying with cash. She said that 3 euros is nothing to her and I should pay by cash such a low amount. I’ve been one time before to this place, I bought many pastries, and she was only smiles and jokes, seemed like a kind lady - and she never mentioned anything about the fact I paid by card. Now she had a very rude and hostile tone, shows you her true colors when you “only” spend 3 euros. The frappe itself was very dilluted, had no taste at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you're looking for a place where you can truly relax, look no further than Castello. We honestly can't recommend it highly enough! A very special thank you goes to the wonderful Theodora. With her warm smile and a little bit of magic, she prepares every meal exactly the way you ask for it—yet somehow it always turns out even more delicious than you imagined. Whether it's a freshly cooked meal, homemade pastries, or delightful desserts, she seems to have her own secret touch that makes everything unforgettable. And then there's Sale—the tireless knight of Castello! From morning until evening, he's always on the move, making sure everyone is happy. Whether he's bringing you an ice-cold drink on a hot summer day or serving a freshly prepared meal, he does it all with genuine kindness and a heartfelt smile. And if you happen to speak Serbian, you'll feel even more at home, as Sale speaks Serbian too and is always happy to have a friendly chat. One of our favorite moments was simply relaxing on the comfortable sunbeds, enjoying the pleasant shade, listening to the always enjoyable music in the background, and sipping what might have been the freshest, most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice we've ever had. Castello is more than just a place to stay—it's a place where you feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. Do yourself a favor: come to Castello, truly relax, and simply enjoy every moment. We certainly did, and we can't wait to come back.
