Despite the other reviews, I had a good experience at CA-SU-AL so perhaps there was a change in management. Their chicken wings and fries came out hot and fresh and were quite tasty. Our server (Avishe? Sorry didn't catch the name properly) was nice, attentive, and prompt. The restaurant was also very clean, would come back. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Siobhan Hughes Local Guide·69 reviews·31 photos just now New Made to wait 25 mins outside the restaurant because the kitchen was backed up. I understand that happens but we could have had at least ordered a drink. We grabbed a drink at the casino bar but then you can't take it in to the restaurant. There's also no bathrooms inside the restaurant lol. 3/5 of us didn't eat our meals because they were overcooked, dry and/or chewy. I added hot sauce to the 'hot chicken' sandwich and it was still awful. The manger did come over and ask if we wanted other food but we weren't doing to take our chances. At least our server Melissa was good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
