Make sure you check your bowl before leaving, picked up a to go order and when I got home it had 0 protein. Yes I ordered it correctly with chicken. Will not visit this location again. The store said they were waiting for chicken, then why was this order given to me with no chicken? Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

It's also a way to find places you've maybe never heard of! Okay okay, I finally broke down and tried it after hearing people say how great it was. Well, it really is great. My greek chicken pita was huge and flavorful. They are really generous at the price point. The chicken is aggressively flavored, the toppings are fresh, and the tzatziki and dill sauces are firing. This was so close to an award. The chicken was a touch too seasoned and the olives were extremely strong at times. This was the real deal and next time I will try the steak! I had a wonderful experience at CAVA thanks to Katrina! From the moment I stepped up to the line, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to explain menu options, answered my questions with patience, and made great recommendations. What stood out most was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. Even during a busy rush, she remained upbeat, efficient, and made every customer feel valued. She carefully prepared my bowl exactly how I wanted it and ensured everything was fresh and perfect. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Katrina truly went above and beyond. She is a great representation of CAVA and made my visit enjoyable from start to finish.
