This Mediterranean establishment is a great change from the other three Mexican or Latin based restaurants near by “Diablos, Chipotles and Moes” Cava offers Salmon, Chicken and Lamb to name a few.these dishes are lighter, healthier and in my opinion, tastier than the competition. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the other three at different times. The ingredients here are fresh, the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend trying if you haven’t already! Cava ALWAYS has great food. Regardless of the atmosphere. I didnt agree with how many flies were flying around while our bowls waited to be finished to be made in the line up. It was atleast a dozen employees there. So the function of the line should've been wayyy smoother. Tables werent clean in the restaurant. And the trash cans were full. Customer service wasnt bad. UPDATE 5/29 came back cause I love the food. And MARIO and ALAN redeemed my experience at cava. Great service! And friendly smiles through the process with the cashier a young male I didnt get his name.
