I ate there about a week and a half ago and I'm still trying to wrap my head around how to rice bowls and to drinks cost $47. The portions were also very small. And the service was not welcoming at all It was me and my girls first time going there and I told that to the staff so they could give us some guidance on what to order or some advice. Absolutely zero If they don't care why should I? Would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

5 stars all the way. I had an amazing experience at CAVA. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt modern, clean, and very welcoming. The restaurant has a fresh and organized vibe that makes it perfect for either a quick lunch or a relaxed meal. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful while explaining the menu and helping customize the order. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and high quality. I ordered a bowl with chicken and several toppings, and you can truly tell they use fresh ingredients. The protein was well seasoned, the vegetables were crisp, and the sauces brought everything together perfectly without feeling too heavy. I also really liked that they offer healthy and balanced options with plenty of variety for different tastes. One thing that stood out to me was how clean and organized everything was, even during busy hours. The service was fast but still professional and attentive, which is something that makes a huge difference today. I highly recommend CAVA to anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and delicious food in the Miami Lakes area. Great spot for lunch, dinner, or even a quick meal after work. Definitely coming back again.
