Cava is a fast casual dining restaurant. Location is in the heart of a retail district with many choices. This one is one you would want to visit again. Food was good and plentiful. Whether you build your own order or order one off the menu you can't go wrong for a good Mediterranean meal. The beverage choices are a little unique, but there is something here for everyone. We were passing thru Montgomery AL @ Eastchase and needed some dinner so we decided to try something new and I’m so glad we did. My first CAVA experience: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We had the Falafel Crunch bowl and the Greek bowl. We LOVED them both!! Fabulously flavorful!! SO many fresh veggies and choices!!! I’m so sad that we don’t have CAVA where I live. Also, the Assistant General Manager was wonderfully helpful in helping us decide what to order. We WILL be back on our next trip thru here!
