They were late making my online order, and they were out of a bunch of sauces two hours before closing, and didn’t indicate that online. My order had missing items, and both my bowls were made entirely wrong. I figured that if they were out of items, they’d ask me for substitutions since I was sitting there for so long, but unfortunately that didn’t happen! The lady at the cashier with a nose piercing definitely had an attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her by picking up my online order. This is my first time at Cava so this was definitely disappointing, not sure if I’ll be returning which is a shame because the food seems great. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I always order online and I’m always missing half of the stuff I pay extra for or what a order the food is good but won’t return to the fact that I never get what I order and pay for Service: Take out
