I placed my order online and it defaulted me to 1 hour early. I got there 25 minutes ahead of time and it was confusing to pick up my order. Order wasnt ready till pick up time which is understandable so i waited. While waiting you tons of orders being setvef filled over the bowl struggling to close and with 3+ pita on the side. Do not order pick up just go in person and place your order because they absolutely give you tiny portions and 1 pita. It was so loud, so hot and always about 12 people standing around for a lick up order. This place isnt worth it. In my pics you’ll see a tiny dollop of hummus and sauce all of this and 1 drink for $19 dollars is crazy. The kale they use had the stems in it so your constantly spitting those hard stems out. I got the harissa bowl and barely saw some cucumbers and the sauces i selected. I would go next door to Just Salad WAY more ingredients. Better staffing in terms of managing pick up and in person ordering. Order always ready ahead of time. Cleaner and calmer environment. Cava sounds like your middle cafeteria lunch room. Long wait times, rude service, terrible attitude. None of the employees are happy to be there. When you ask for extra, even though you are paying, they act like it’s coming from their paychecks. They didnt have feta at the ready and refused to go get more. Instead of going to get more tortilla strips, they gave me a bag of crumbs and brushed me aside. The other locations are better. This one needs a whole new staff. Update: I tried to eat the food for dinner but it matched the employees attitudes, down right nasty, threw the entire bowl away. What a waste of money.
