Visited the CAVA on Falls of Neuse in North Raleigh on Saturday around 6 PM and had an outstanding experience—thanks entirely to Luis and Jaquan! They were incredibly respectful, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. In a busy rush, it’s rare to find team members who bring such genuine positivity, professionalism, and care to every interaction. They made the whole visit smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, going above and beyond to get everything just right. Their exceptional customer service is what sets this location apart, and they’re a huge reason I’ll be back again and again. I stopped by here for lunch and had such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and Jay made it even better. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my food was perfect. What a pleasant dining experience! Food presentation was great, everything looked appetizing and fresh. All tables were clean in dining room. Drink station stocked and appealing.
