Visited the CAVA on Falls of Neuse in North Raleigh on Saturday around 6 PM and had an outstanding experience—thanks entirely to Luis and Jaquan! They were incredibly respectful, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. In a busy rush, it’s rare to find team members who bring such genuine positivity, professionalism, and care to every interaction. They made the whole visit smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, going above and beyond to get everything just right. Their exceptional customer service is what sets this location apart, and they’re a huge reason I’ll be back again and again. I stopped by here for lunch and had such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and Jay made it even better. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my food was perfect. What a pleasant dining experience! Food presentation was great, everything looked appetizing and fresh. All tables were clean in dining room. Drink station stocked and appealing. To top it all off...the staff were consummate and friendly professionals. We pass another Cava to dine here...we will return. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
