Baby look here let me tell you something I’ve seen so many TikTok reviews about CAVA. Especially the viral one with the smacking sound(). However, I finally decided to give it a try. Today was my first time ever actually seeing or walking into a CAVA, and I’m like “okayyy”. The location was spacious, clean, and had a really nice vibe overall from the people to the associates. Ian and Elijah were amazing! They were both super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with me because I had A LOT of questions . They gave me suggestions, told me some of the popular choices and their personal favorites, and even let me try a couple of the dressings before deciding which one I wanted because baby I didn’t know what any of that sh!t was. They never made me feel rushed or irritated for asking questions, and honestly made the whole experience fun. They had me low key geeked because they were just as excited for me to try everything as I was, just because I told them I was a first timer. I arrived home, open the bowl, gave a slight funny look bc people be lying in food reviews. Then I actually tasted the food… HELLOOOOOOOOOOCLOCK IT Everything was just as good as they said it would be. I will definitely be back. I loved the food, the atmosphere, the customer service — everything. CAVA you have won me over. Shoutout to my two new favorite associates, Ian and Elijah! Y’all made my first visit a great one.
