《Must-try menu》 ・Premium brulee Basque cheesecake 780 yen ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー A cafe attached to the Yakiniku KINTAN-affiliated steak restaurant "CBC." Surprise yourself at this stylish cafe! The interior of the store is dimly lit and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The outside seats have a stylish overseas feel. There are cute scones and baked goods in the showcase next to the cash register, and they all look delicious! What you're looking for is a Basque cheesecake with a brûléed surface. I was interested in visiting this place after seeing it on Instagram. A brûlée-type Basque cheesecake with crunchy sugar. They sprinkle sugar on the cross section and turn it into brûlée on the spot using a burner. I was imagining it to be creamy, but the cheesecake itself is actually pretty solid. It's made with lots of cream cheese and is gluten-free. The brûlée added a slight bitterness and it was delicious. The serving time was a bit slow, but I guess it can't be helped since the brûlée is made after the order is placed. The inside of the store is really cute, and the disposable cups have the logo on them and are cute in pink! There were no restrooms in the cafe, so I was directed inside the restaurant. If you ask the store staff, they will guide you. I entered the place from the antique street, and there were cute girls gathered in a stylish cafe!
