Clara’s Custom Cakes did such an amazing job with my wedding cake! The cake was so beautiful and tasted AMAZING! We got a vanilla cake with Bavarian cream filling and vanilla buttercream. 100/10 would recommend ! I’m trying to come up with an excuse to order more cake. All of the guests absolutely loved it and haven’t been able to stop talking about it. Thank you so so much for making my special day absolutely perfect! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

And this is why you stick with Publix. I specifically went in person to the shop explained to the man at the counter, whose name is John. I believe what I wanted. He walked me through how to order it online. He said don’t worry I got you clearly he did not have me because the cake I received look nothing like the reference photo which I showed him. The cake wasn’t even white for goodness sake. The only thing correct was that the inside was confetti cake I personally did not eat the cake but the birthday girl did say that the cake wasn’t even good. We could’ve made a better box cake. And for an $80 cake to not even get what you ordered is extremely annoying and then when the shop was contacted, I was told it’s not their job to remember every cake which is funny because they truly didn’t seem that busy but I digress. I specifically went to them because the reviews were good and they made a heart cake which Publix did not. I would’ve much rather have just gotten a round cake and it at least have fit the theme of the party.. It’s extremely hard to support small local bakeries when you can get a better product at Publix. This was not a custom order. Unfortunately no pictures of this desired cake was shown to any decorator nor emailed to us so we had no idea of the picture you had shown the cashier. The order was made exactly as the predesigned cake you ordered online . I know you were upset about the complimentary inscription on the cake being "35" as ordered, not spelled "Thirty Five" We did offer to rewrite the inspection but you declined our offer. For the color because butter has a yellowish tint in it this will make all white buttercream have a slight ivory color in it. The only way to achieve bright white is to use a processed oil based buttercream or whipped cream. Which we do not offer. For the future if you wish to have a custom cakes made please reach out by email and send us any pictures you might have. We have a custom order form on our website. This is the only way we take custom orders and the only way designers see pictures

The owners are so sweet and the food is delicious. Just tried their loaded hashbrown and it will be my new hyperfood .
