Great experience and good food. We had a great chef who was Andy and an amazing waiter who was kato. And also of course the cute Kuri who was also super sweet (it’s the owners dog) the food had a rich and flavorful and unique taste. I can recommend 100% the dishes were so unique that you won’t be able to find it back again anywhere else. Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Spending my last night in Tokyo at CEDROS was definitely one of my best decisions made in the itinerary. It is a California-inspired seafood restaurant founded by brothers Lui and Yui Shirako. It is my first time to see how the"sea-to-table" philosophy is put into practice. The brothers successfully blend Japanese ingredients with West Coast culinary styles. The overall dining environment is intimate and cozy since the restaurant is homey. The owners are fluent in English, so there were a lot of warm interactions during the meal. I consider this a hidden gem away from Tokyo’s busier tourist spots. I will definitely be back next time when I visit Tokyo! Price per person: ¥9,000–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Do let the chef know your dietary preferences Dietary restrictions: Do let the chef know your dietary restrictions
