The place is really mediocre. It looks elegant, has some piece of Bosfour visible, and the administrator was helpful and offered us a better table once it became available. However, the food is a dissapointment. Prawns were as hot as hell, and there was no specialized utensils to peel them. There was also no wet napkins for the hands and no cloth for the chest to protect clothes. The music was too loud and it was hard to talk. The salmon steak was full of bones and was too dry. It tasted like a defrosted cheap steak. They also never brought water I have asked. In the end, the waiter forgot about our desserts. And we had to remind about it, even though there were not many people inside. Price per person: ₺2,000+

wonderful restaurant with a stunning view and a fantastic atmosphere. A special thank you to the waitstaff, who do everything possible to make guests feel welcome and ensure everyone leaves in a great mood. The food was outstanding, especially the meat dishes — everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. We would also like to thank the chef for the lovely gesture of offering complimentary drinks after we had paid our bill. It’s these thoughtful touches that make the experience truly memorable. Such a nice place! We had e great dinner with a beautiful view on the river. Traditional Turkish refined food. The waiter was very kind and offered to answer all our questions about the city. Just a perfect romantic dinner for our last night in Istanbul. We will definitely come back here some day! Thank you CEO Rooftop Restaurant & Bar for this lovely experience!
