The dry-aged steak was yummy, but actually more than I was expecting (300 grams). Next I'll opt for 200 grams. Obviously the fat makes it so tasty, but after a bit it starts to feel rich. If you come with a friend, get a lean cut to share with the dry-aged or waygu. I came during the tail end of lunch (2pm) so I practically had the place to myself.
