Nothing can be better than eating nicely cooked tacos. This cafe is recommended for the energetic staff. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. Clients like the homey atmosphere at CHAPTER 9, they want to come here again and again. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

My five stars are typically based on satisfaction; I'm not comparing places at scale - fine dining to café. That said, I was hailed in to Chapter 9 during a lull in their service, and I got some of their Basque Cheesecake and a few Gins. Nothing about it was exceptional, however the atmosphere and service along with the relaxing night really hit the spot - so I would recommend them if you're just down for hanging around and enjoying the moment.
