Upon placing an order for a Charles Philli steak, I informed the individual taking the order that I desired this specific deal. However, the individual mistakenly made an incorrect order. When I inquired about the error, the individual informed me that they had already made the order and could not change it. The food portion was significantly larger than the order, and I was compelled to discard the excess food immediately. The order had not even commenced preparation, and I requested that the individual cancel the entire order. The individual refused, stating that they were unable to do so. This incident was entirely the fault of the counter person, who exhibited extremely rude behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
