I was drawn in by the menu and the great smells wafting from the grill. Ordered a basic char burger cooked medium. It arrived with an amazing char on the outside, but the inside was cold and pink. I'm all about a great medium-rare, but this was gross and inedible. Super disappointing for a $20+ burger and fries.

my partner basically described being put in a state of nirvana while eating these burgers. the $50 order (ordered with fries, which honestly werent a crazy amount) left a bad taste in my mouth but the garlic aioli burger sauce substituted it with a good one that was worthwhile Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger

Charred restaurant is inside the City Kitchen dining hall. Charred makes many flavors of burgers as well as some appetizers and salads. I ate lunch here. I used my smart phone to access and order from the restaurant’s menu. About 10 minutes later, an employee brought my food to my table. I enjoyed my wagyu cheeseburger, truffle fries, and side salad. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
