I am very leery of a business who doesn’t follow order directions and won’t own up to their mistakes. Ordered a bowl on Uber. Upcharge for spinach base, upcharge for feta. Received a massive amount of rice base(I did not order rice AT ALL). Zero spinach. A crumbled, tiny piece of feta. When talking on the phone to hopefully get what was ordered, was told to take it up with Uber!!!! Uber did not make the bowl wrong. Chickpz did. So now will take it up with Uber and Reviews. Awful customer service. Mistakes happen, but not caring is how service industries lose customers. Food: 1

Ordered through Uber eats- steak kabob bowl. Paid extra for spinach base and everything with feta. Came with a ton of rice as a base And absolutely no feta to be found. Called restaurant and was told to go through Uber Eats for a refund even though the error was the restaurant’s. Not happy. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

Seriously great experience here. Burger was incredible, been thinking about it for days now. Also the salad was amazing, high quality fresh ingredients, tomatoes were bursting with flavour. Seriously worth your time and money. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
