Instagram brought me here and I wasn't disappointed. You get a lot of things that you choose from and they put it together. Think like Tofu house, but to-go and like Chipotle. It comes in a big box and you have a bunch of mini snacks to munch on. Not Udon. Definitely a different and healthier alternative to chain restaurants and affordable! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Tried out this restaurant for lunch based on its existing reviews and we were thoroughly impressed. We ordered online for pick-up, which was pretty easy to do, and got three of their "Build Your Own Plate," a tuna kimbap, and a bulgogi kimbap. You get plenty of food for the price and the flavors were beautifully balanced. Everything on the "Build Your Own Plate" was tasty, including the banchan, which can be a hit or miss at restaurants. The kimbaps were very tasty and fresh, unlike some places where you can taste that the rice is a bit old. According to the staff there, this restaurant is very new and has been opened for only three months. We hope this restaurant succeeds because we'll definitely be going back. Chilban was absolutely amazing!! Extremely fresh food, good service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The fish cakes were my absolute favorite with so much flavor, and the pricing was reasonable for the portions. **Bonus points for a very clean bathroom!!
