It's not a VIP or CIP service; it's a lounge, and you cannot access any CIP services. It's so bad at the airport that you have to do everything yourself, including check-in and passport checks, like a normal customer, until you reach the lounge. The service is so weak and careless, and the staff are not well-behaved Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
