Attended Portland Room for an event. Upon entering we weren't permitted to use elevator yet the other businesses were able to. They blocked all attendees from event for using it. Second the bartenders were adding automatic gratuity to purchases without telling you beforehand or having a disclaimer posted. By law if gratuity is automatically added to a bill they must notify patron prior to. When I asked for the original amount of my total, she refused to give it to me. When I asked for a copy of my receipt, she refused to give it to me. Wouldn't visit this establishment again based on their dishonest business practices.
