Cloud Nine is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a modern, stylish interior with a relaxed atmosphere that felt inviting without being overly formal. Whether you're stopping by for drinks, a casual meal, or simply to spend time with friends, the venue has a comfortable vibe that makes it easy to settle in. The menu offers a good variety of food and drinks, with nicely presented dishes and flavorful options to suit different tastes. The cocktails are particularly enjoyable, and the staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere, an interesting selection of drinks, and a bartender who really knows his stuff. But what’s the point if one person in the room ruins the whole evening? The girl who served us on Sunday shouldn’t be allowed to interact with guests at all. Zero professionalism. I tried to describe what flavors I was in the mood for, but instead of passing that on to the great bartender, she started arguing with me, saying she “can’t guarantee the taste.” Zero understanding of bar culture. Very poor English, which makes it hard to communicate with her... The atmosphere this person creates is pure irritation: rude antics like taking the menu away after the first order, just so you don’t accidentally order anything else, or - which is the absolute rock bottom of hospitality - taking unfinished drinks off the table! Add to that the fact that they charge for water on request, which is simply a disgrace in establishments of this caliber. It’s a shame about the place and the great bartender, but this kind of treatment makes you not want to spend even a minute longer there. Price per person: €10–15 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Scammers & crooks !
Mrs Aelita Tarvide,
the owner of this Place,
is a crook and runs a Money Laundering scam and the Latvian VID will soon be investigating as my lawyer is preparing a lawsuit.
I gave Mrs. Tarvide plenty of time to solve this case peacefully but she is obviously to high in her ,clouds‘ for the moment and will be taken care of very precisely quite soon concerning several investigations.
If you do not want to be part of a raid which will occure this year or if you don’t want to be scammed you shouldn‘t visit this place.
