Unfortunately, the fact that you have delicious products is overshadowed by the lack of staff training. I have said several times that I will not enter Palibo Visoianu again because of the poor quality service (about a month ago they gave me 2 coffees without coffee...they drained the juice before me, probably, I was already at the Metro when I tasted it, because it was hot, and that's why I didn't go back), but this week's episode left me speechless... I bought approx. 600 grams of cake with yogurt and fruit and asked for 2 candles in the shape of a number. The girl behind the counter dryly told me that they are only sold together with a large cake. I asked where it was written and he became confused: it's the company's policy, it's the regulation. I once again asked him to tell me where this aspect is written and he started with another motivation related to VAT... that the system does not allow him. I wonder...the cake has 19% VAT, the candles also 19%...what's the problem? The products do not need to be worked on, they are very good, but the staff is...
