Great coffee but young beautiful woman intentionally kept speaking in Russian while I was speaking Ukrainian and there’s a law that she has to reply to a client in Ukrainian. That makes me feel that the shop owner doesn’t care in what language she replies to to her clients. I wish people in Poltava understood that Ukrainian is their weapon and treasure. 4.5 years of war. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
