I don't recommend visiting this bar for any reason other than smoking. The non-smoking sections are usually full of students who linger there studying, so it's unlikely you'll find a seat even if you wait. Many customers come to see the staff, and it seems like there are a lot of regulars. I stopped in because it's close to the station, but it doesn't seem to have any Wi-Fi or power outlets, which is inconvenient. The coffee wasn't particularly special either. It's a little dark, but I recommend the bar inside the station. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for visiting us. Our shop is operated in accordance with Chiba City regulations as a smoking room, so please feel free to enjoy your cigarette with your coffee. We tend to be crowded during morning and cafe hours, but there are relatively more seats available during weekday evenings and Sunday mornings, so please feel free to come and visit us.
