Wow! This prime rib was absolute perfection. The meat was incredibly tender, with a beautiful marbling that melted in my mouth. Each bite was packed with rich, savory flavors that were well-balanced, and the seasoning brought out the natural taste of the beef without overwhelming it. The cooking was spot-on—seared perfectly on the outside with that deep, flavorful crust, and a juicy, medium-rare center that was cooked to perfection. Wonderful food!! Just spent a weekend in the Outer Banks and ate a lot of great seafood. Stopped at the Coinjock Marina Restaurant because we like to explore places off the beaten path. Glad we did!! Best fried shrimp we’ve had on our trip! Lightly fried, barely any coating. Food was fresh and homemade and delicious. The bartender, Heather, was awesome. The service was excellent! We will come back again!!
