I can't say enough about how good food is, however something else bothers me !! The busboy clean up person was wiping tables and wiped 2 after clearing them with the same rag. Not too alarming but he then wiped down the sauce area and the undersides of the spouts, all with the rag he just wiped the tables with. He then tossed the rag on his shoulder went behind the bar. He returned to the floor cleaned and wiped another table, with the same rag I asked to speak to a manager, was directed to the cashier, explained my concerns, she said she would talk to him, but didn't seem to be interested. In my opinion, this was EXTREMELY UNSANITARY & UNSATISFACTORY. I didn't use the sauces on my meal and WON'T be going back !!

This was a great find ! The atmosphere is great, lots of space, big bar area, large portioned food, and a really good menu selection. If you're in town, I'd suggest you put Colt Barbq on your schedule to stop by Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our family (party of 4 ranging in age from 2 - 81) came in on 11/29 for the first time. We have friends that frequent Colt’s often and they highly recommended it. OH! MY! GOODNESS!!!!!!! We were blown away by the whole experience...prices, customer service from ordering to pick up to table side...fantastic! One thing that really excited us was the fact we got turkey! Turkey brauts? Yes, please! My personal favorite was the brisket. Melted in my mouth. The atmosphere is a combo of open eatery meets bar, meets cozy, loved it! Bathrooms were clean and functional as well. We love BBQ, when it’s good and WHOA Baby! This IS the best! Thank you COLT Grill, BBQ & Spirits! We will be back for more and more!
