Being a vego I never went to Compa, but the Curiosa rebrand was right up my alley, I found it through the Canberra Theatre Centre members offers and it did not disappoint. Wonderful service, brilliant set menu and they know how to select and match wines that’s for sure. I’ve been raving about it all week and can’t wait to return for both vibey dates where I can show off my knowledge of good Canberra food and wine, and pre-theatre dinners for which Curiosa will now be my go-to… my friend and I have already planned our next visits (separately). Highly recommend if you want a great experience. They also have a great happy hour we found out, and again, the food wine and service were paired perfectly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–60 Vegetarian options: At least two vego options on the mains, more on the starters and very flexible with the set menu which is great value and I highly recommend.

Went and had the pre-show menu via Canberra Theatre Centre before the show. It was glorious. Great drink specials before 6pm, they catered well for the vegetarian amongst us. Staff were superb. We WILL be back. Great background music vibes too. Just, yes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Very kind and considered staff.

Celebrated my best friend's hens at Curiosa Wine Bar and wow, what a night. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made the night feel special. Food-wise, every dish was spot on. The gnocchi in particular was next level. Portions were generous, flavours beautifully balanced, and the pricing felt more than fair. It was a seamless, joy-filled evening, and we all left raving. We’d honestly make the trip from Sydney again just for dinner here. Absolutely five stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–60
